Customer Visit: A Leading Medical Laboratory in Shanghai Praises METHER Products

 Last week, we had the opportunity to visit one of our long-term customers, a medical laboratory located in Shanghai, China. This lab has been consistently using a range of METHER products, including our ULT Freezers, 2-8℃ refrigerators, centrifuges, and incubators.

Feedback from the customer has been overwhelmingly positive. They highlighted the excellent quality and market-leading cost-effectiveness of our products, noting that they have experienced no issues since the purchase. In particular, they praised the ULT Freezer for its superior ultra-low temperature remote alarm and temperature control monitoring, which have successfully prevented multiple potential incidents. Additionally, the refrigerator's temperature variation remains within 0.1℃, a remarkable achievement for equipment that has been in use for over two years.
